how can i solve this error"ITERATIVE SOLVER STOPPED NUMERICAL DIFFICULTIES(PRECONDITIONING FAILED" in my SW model.
i have attached a solidworks model , which is a case of static study perform on a Z shaped bracket . the load acts on a pin , which is placed on a flat head bolt. details of whic hyou can see in the model .
i have attached a pdf file explaining the details of my model and the error which i am coming across

When you are doing static test pls follow below
Static 1- Options -solver -use soft spring and than do Run

it not working , the solver failed .
