how can merge face in .step file in solid work?
I have a .step file
But there are a lot of faces
About 20 thousand faces
How can I reduce the number of pages to about 10 pages

Without images as a reference, my best advice is to decimate the model prior to importing it into SOLIDWORKS. Assuming it is a mesh model.
If it is a surface model, and did not start as a mesh model, then check your import settings to be sure it is trying to knit all those surfaces together.
