How can we offset in sketch in Pro Engineer?
Well i guess there is no option available for it. And how PTC is ignoring this for so long.
Any method to do this.

You can offset any line already sketched or offset using an existing edge of a part . From the sketch menu select edge , use or offset . Option has been there as long as I can remember
you cannot offset a line in the same sketch feature. you need to go to new sketch and then offset the line.
you can offset any line..whether you are in same sketch or new one. pro/e provide a special command for it ...named OFFSET
