How compression Animation in spring ?

Good morning , I would like your help ...
Would you like to learn how to make spring compression animation in Inventor 2013 .
I've done the assembly process and spring creation, so ta missing to compress it '' animation '' . Could someone help me in this process?
Here is a picture of my setup ... I made this test only design .
