how con i sketch on surface in siemens nx 11 ?
I want to create shapes like the photo on the surface of the samovar
how can i do it?

Create your geometry on the XZ or YZ plane, then project it onto the surface. From there, you can use 'Offset Curve In Face' to offset and drive joining surfaces.
There is a Waskom tutorial in my profile... and while it wasn't created to hand-hold through every step, it should give you some basic ideas.
