i have a problem with this shortcuts. I'm using this new notebook with catia v5r20 and v5r22. when ever i customize the hotkeys they will work but whenever i shut the pc and open my catia the shortcuts i created is not saved. need help guys

In V6, right click on the bottom most bar of the window:

Customize -> Favorites-> Assign keyboard shortcut by entering the hot keys of your choice and using the arrows on screen selecting the workbenches you want to use associated with those keys

For commands go to commands tab instead of favorites
