How do i create a metal foam
Can someone send me 3D model of metal foam ?

Its only a illusion I dont think you would be able to put any general physical properties to it ie :- weight density etc.
You can override the mass and volume physical properties of a model to reflect the foam material. When you do that a hand icon will display indicating the override. I've attached a file showing a sponge rubber override.
