How do I design a wind turbine blade on CATIA V5 2018?
I am very new to the software so if possible I would like a step-by-step process as to how to go about designing a wind turbine blade.

There are many ways to model a blade with CATIA. Since you are a new user, I suggest you take a basic CATIA class.
