How do i make a angle cut in a pipe and join both angle parts together on the right angle?

i want to know how to make angle cuts in a section of pipe then i want to know how to constrain both them pipes to gether at the angle i just cut them at thanks.

I don't use Inventor, but most CAD programs are somewhat similar, so you should be able to create a plane tangent to the pipe and sketch a line at the angle on that pipe and use that to make a through all cut.
If inventor has routing where you select a pipe structural member, then you can sketch lines for pipes and select them with the routing tool and select the type of joint you wish to use as in a miter or butt joint.
