How do i solve the unable to open inc stream error on surfcam?

When i try to postproces a file created in Surfcam 2014 R2 it gives this error but i do not know why.
Can someone help me please?
PD. I'm from México sorry for my english.

You are probably using the DEMO \ EDUCATIONAL version, as it is unable to Postprocesses. If you have a FULL license, try Regenerate with Original Geometry then post the file.
