How do I turn off the grey dimensions, arcs and lines in Solidworks
It's been causing a lot of grief, everytime I select a face on a part the selection toggles a huge clutter of lines arcs and dimensions of that particular body, and it is slowing down my work a lot. I've tried view options and even adjusting both system and document properties, nothing seems to work

Go to: Options > Sytem Options > Display/Selection, then uncheck these 2:
1) Highlight all edges of features selected in graphics view.
2) Dynamic highlight from graphics view
