How does one make a rounded type bend using solidworks Sheetmetal tools?
I want to turnover some ends of a tube using the solidworks sheet metal tool. How does one actually accomplish this task. I have provided pictures illustrating my desired end result and beginning product. My problem is the ear that is rolled over, I can't seem to get that all in one part file. (so the pictures were taken from two separate files.

You can do it this way but it will not produce a flat pattern:
