how i can make shell and chamfer for this part?

I have an imported side cover ,and i must use reverse engineering to rebuild, and i dont how to make shell and chamfer togather..

Accepted answer

Looking at the cross section, I would suggest completing the shell action first. the main body looks to be a constant thickness of .2756 inches throughout most of the part. After that i'd look and the recess on the bottom. To me, It looks to be a lofted cut. you can make a reference plane .1575 from the right face (Side_cover part), draw a sketch to match the required dims on both the right and the new plane and loft cut between the two.

I don't seen any need for the chamfer, shell, or loft commands on this part. This looks like a terrible model that someone invented, after trying to think of something "difficult" to model.
But the model is simply a series of basic features (extrude, cut, revolve, draft, fillet...).
It is also an example of terrible design with negative draft angles, undercuts, and "micro features" that extend .05mm (.002") beyond other features.

Much of the model appears to simply be a mirror of the opposite side. But check it using the Symmetry Check tool before assuming it is mirrored. Whoever made such a dumb model is likely "clever" enough to know people may assume a model is symmetric, but not check the fact. Such idiots will be delighted to learn they tricked you into building the wrong model.
