How to add new Revit models downloaded from GABCAD to my current revit projects? I am using Revit 2013

If is a family which you want to import, then you need to open both projects (yours and the grabed one) then just copy the family which you want to copy and paste it in the other projects.
If you talk about buildings'models, then I would suggest you to link them.
