How to create Fan curve performance

Hi, can you create or estimate a fan curve performamce based on fan blade size and rpm?, I am trying to understand how a fan curve is generated based on the fan specification, like I want to find a fan curve from a typical 8in kitchen exhaust fan, like plot in a table the flowrate vs pressure diference, thank you to anyone who can help me.
