Create the Extrusion Cut Feature: Start by creating the extrusion cut feature on the part or assembly where you want to generate the cut list. Ensure that the cut feature creates leftover parts.

Insert Cut List: After creating the extrusion cut feature, insert a cut list into your part or assembly. You can do this by right-clicking on the feature manager design tree and selecting Insert > Tables > Cut List.

Update Cut List: Once the cut list is inserted, right-click on the cut list in the feature manager design tree and select Update. This action updates the cut list to reflect any changes in the part or assembly, including leftover parts due to the extrusion cut feature.

Review Cut List: After updating the cut list, review it to ensure that all leftover parts are included and correctly identified. The cut list should provide information such as the quantity, length, width, thickness, and material of each part.

Modify Cut List Properties: If necessary, you can modify the properties of the cut list to customize its appearance and content. Right-click on the cut list in the feature manager design tree and select Properties. In the "Cut-List Properties" dialog box, you can adjust settings such as the display units, column headings, and sorting options.

Save and Export: Once you're satisfied with the updated cut list, save your part or assembly. You can also export the cut list to other file formats such as Excel for further analysis or documentation.
