How to Design below part in CATIA??

I don't have CATIA so I used Inventor but the principles should be the same
Step 1: create a block 40x40x70
Step 2: Extrude 20 by 45 ° (or use the chamfer function)
Step 3: Extrude 20 by 40 (or use the chamfer function)
Step 4: Extrude 20 by 40 (or use the chamfer function)
Step 5: Create a plane be 3 points
Step 6: Use the plane as a cutting tool

There are many ways you could model this part with CATIA. How have you tried to do it?
One way that I would do it:
1. Pad the basic shape 70 x 40 x 40
2. Chamfer the top-left edge 20 x 45°
3. Chamfer the 3 right edges 40 x 20
