How to do thermal analysis for stack die (substrate/epoxy/die/epoxy/die)?

I need a sample tutorial to simulate thermal analysis for stack die, including how to assign material epoxy, i'm using solidworks 2010 premium.

Try to find video tutorials named SolidWorks profesor. There you can find basics steps to do thermal analysis!
