How to draw and perform CFD simulation for a Spherical Turbine

I need to construct a spherical turbine (see attached file), place it in a pipe and run FLOW DRIVEN simulations, whereby the turbine rotates due to the flow of the fluid.

Can anyone help me through the steps please?
