First it would be handy if you mention your modeling software.
Than..are your designing something new or practicing the art of reverse-engineering??
And stuffer parts...perhaps there is a more technical description of what you want to design.
But my best suggestion to you is, try to master your modeling program, get a blueprint with the requested parts, and start modeling....
