How to edit a STEP file using splines or curves in NX or Catia

At my workplace, I need to edit my STEP file to meet my Warpage opposite design to pass plastic production's Mold flow analysis design. Can we change the STEP file in NX or CATIA to edit? Please help me. I really appreciate any help you can provide.

1. Open the STEP file in CATIA or NX 2. edit the file 3. Save as STEP file
