How to export a bent piece to flat DXF?

Hi I have this piece and I would like to make it in real life, the piece was made with "flange" tool in NX but my question is how to I export it flat without flanges so I can cut it on a CNC waterjet?

You may want to export it as a DXF, open it in a free 2D Cad program, like from www.emachineshop.com it will let you look at it in 3D.
