How to fill the gap in loft surface?

In my file "Surface-Loft7" feature has a gap in it.That's why I am not being able to apply any feature perfectly on it.how to remove that gap? please help someone.the "thicken" command is also not working which is I think for that gap.please help someone.

Instead of lofting to Curve10, why not try lofting directly to the open surface edges which are just .040" away?

Otherwise, after completing Surface-Loft7, you could use the Fill, Boundary, Loft, or Sweep commands to create another tiny surface to fill that .040" gap.

Consider editing Sketch22 as well. There are no tangent constraints between any of the lines/curves/splines. That will make this model difficult to work with later.

Even the first sketch (Sketch5) should be repaired. The splines have too many points, the sketch is not fully defined, and there are tangent relationships missing between lines and splines.

Keep in mind that bad sketches made early in the feature tree will cause problems later. It may be annoying to repair those problems now with a dozen features in the model, but it will get much worse when you have 400+ features in a model like the attached image:
