the following message is displayed on my models (see above)
I see this since this morning 24-08-2020, while I was preparing the publication of new models of my work ...
However, all my published models contain several 3D assembly and part files, in STEP and IGES format, and for some models, my original Solidworks files (SLDPRT - SLDASM) ... Autocad (DWG) ...
* NOTE: the bug message only appears when I open my models in my garbcad profile ... The bug message does not appear when my models are open freely, outside of my grabcad account ...
How to fix this bug ? can you quickly correct it please ?

This is showing up on all my models as well. I have STEP and IGES files attached. I think it could be a global bug? I can log out and my models still appear when searching and browsing.
The GrabCAD staff is aware of the problem and they are currently working on a fix.
I am facing the same problem and my models are not in the grabcad library where as it was in the library yesterday so any ideas
I've tried to upload an assembly file (along with all it's associated individual parts) & a STEP file of the assembly as well, but previews aren't working. I can download the models no problem though.
