How to get colour in Solid Edge Draft
I've been seeing drafts that people have made, I also use drafting in Solid Edge, but instead of plain lines, how do I get it in colours for presentation.

By design a line or Sketch : you can change the color in the quickbar menu (this is a pop up menu avaible in ST version) there you can change the color of the sketch.
If you whant set this color as defaul : change this color in your template under C:/program files/ solid edge ST5 / template --> use your default draft template.
I'm working with ST5.
