How to import a reference sketch in Creo?

i tried modeling a car but when i tried importing a reference sketch for it in Creo I could not find any option.Like the snap attached. Plz Help.

To Set up Ref Views ..Follow the tutorial ..remember that these images will not be rendered and only for reference
