How to make 3D model of cilinder with curve duct

You can see on these two drawings, what I need.
Can anyone tell me and explain to me, please, how can I make 3D model in inventor 2012 or autocad 2012 of these mechanical part.
Or can anyone make drawing for me.. please i need this!!

I will not say anything about Autocad but I will give you this tutorial for Inventor...

There more than one solutions to your problem so any different opinion should be considered... (e.g.By using circular pattern)

Are you sure...? You can click on the image to enlarge it and as far as I can see it is readable not crystal clear but readable...;P
