how to make a section view from a closed model and render it in keyshot
consider a hollow cylinder for reference and i want to make a section of the cylinder in keyshot and also render it in keyshot, can it be possible

I don't think so. You'll need to section the cylinder in another program, then import it into Keyshot.
Here is an example of colors in SOlidWorks converting to different colors and materials in Keyshot.
