Hello Ankit,
To measure length of arc in Catia V5 :
1. Click on Measure Item command
2. Select the edge you want to measure
3. Click on Customize
4. In the Arc column, select Length
5. Click on Ok
You will get complete information for arc like, Radius, Diameter, Length, etc.
