Which is the best way to accurate mesh huge assembly file, with different shapes and wall thickness?

use mesh control, these all look identical,, use one only for analysis! it'll save time and CPU power,, or use h adaptive method (decrease mesh size after each cycle)...., its easy in Simulation Premium!
