How to model a centrifugal compressor impeller blade in solid works?

you will need crosssections of the blade form root to tip (the blade should
be divided into equal spacing)and a path the crosssection follow from root to
tip .then you can extrud milti-crossection alont the path you created here is a
igs. example it 's just to show concept

This is a turbo impeller. It's not that accurate as compared to the real thing. Normally it would be thicker at the root of the blades. Also it has 2 modeling defects. However I modeled it in SW (2010) just so you could see one way it could be modeled.

Going to be very hard to do this accurately without knowing the original dimensions of the blades before the center hub is created. The central hub covers the base of where the blades are created so you don't know the base dimensions, which is what you need with a compound curved item.

It could be approximately duplicated. Are you doing this just for the modeling exercise or is it going to be manufactured?

As described by others, you will make multiple sections, each containing a profile of the blade. The "LOFT" function is what you would use to then create the blade. I uploaded a tutorial a while back that illustrates this process.

There is two ways. You have one and take a measurements of model and loft as fellows said before. Another way include setting input and output parameters basically pressure and quantity of flow, fluid type, temperature and aproxx speed of rotation. Then consult a books of fluid dynamics to find a base dimensions of impeler. Model impeler and blades then employ cosmosflow to verify a given data. Make two or three type of blades and experiment on computer. Also make a good stator that results of CFD analysis will be closer to your data.
For final verification you must make a model and test in real world - you not need to make with real dimensions , use a PI teorems.
