How to model a Kaplan Turbine runner by using PRO. ENGINEER. WILDFIRE.v4????

i need a design (pro e model) of kaplan turbine blade.if Anybody have idea that how to design blade in PRO. ENGINEER. WILDFIRE.v4.then please share.

I'm not sure what do you mean about " Have Idea that how to design blade in PRoE " . Actually (For Me), I use ProE as Modelling Tool not a blade design tool . I calculate the the roughly dimension in such as excel or using such commercial design software hydrocomp for blade profile and twist angle and use loft command to build a blade.
