how can we creat a knee joint using creo

I use not to model knee joint before. If I have to model, the tool that I think I will use in Creo is freestyle tool to sculpt it like modeling in maya or 3dsmax.
The conventional model style like extrude, revolve, etc. may not be suitable for this knee joint shape.
