How to remove the remained solid after boolean?

I was trying to perform boolean remove to make a solid of the interior space of this muffler. To simulate the fluid passage inside this muffler I need to create a solid of its interior space but, the problem is that removing the remaind solid is not easy. Any idea or trick to remove them as quick as possible?

I have a CATIA "trick" to get the internal shape of the fluid:

Assuming that picture 1 is the finished muffler, Copy & Paste the PartBody to create a second Body. Hide the PartBody temporarily.

Now, add a Pad on both the input and output ports of the copied muffler so both ports are closed off and airtight. (These pads define where the fluid starts and stops inside the muffler)

Use the REMOVE LUMP command (boolean) and select the outside shape - the result will be the inside shape you're looking for.

Show the PartBody, change color of the fluid Body, and make the PartBody transparent.

you said: Tried to use the REMOVE LUMP but totally it doesn't work for me.

It probably didn't work because the model is not closed (air tight). Try again, and make sure the two Pads intersect the ports.
