How to scale a model in Solid Edge?

Yes you can.

Create a new part and then use the part copy facilty to select the original part that you want scaling. In the 'select part copy' window there is an option to change the scale.

We can also do non uniform scaling along different axis. Follow the above step & uncheck ' Use Uniform Scale' & give appropriate values.

You have to select every single surface (length, width and height) of the model, add a dimension and then change parameters. if I remeber well Solid Edge have never had command celect and scale
