How to thicken surface in solidworks
I still confused how to thicken some of surface part in solidworks because when i click thicken, there is some of gaps on surface part that makes me can't thicken it. If tihicken do successfully, the result from thicken looks bad or not good. Im sorry for my grammar.

do you have the sw file? thicken feature works well depending on the size of the object. the larger the object the thicker the thicken feature can apply. not sure what size of the object you have here but 10mm thicken may be too much and that's why you get bad result.
you can try to offset the surface to 10mm like you did and then fill the surfaces around the two surfaces. once done, knit all surfaces and choose solidify it. you'll get a better result than thickening it.

+1 you can check the surface too. Sometimes surfaces can intersect (especially imported ones) and a check may be necessary. The function is finicky, but works well once everything is set.
