How to upload files correctly in grabcad?

i mean that the files that i am uploading for the first time are not getting downloaded instead an error msg is coming but after that if i upload a revision then the revision is getting downloaded
someone pls help me out.......

there are new changes

It may have been that they were pushing changes live.. Have you tried uploading today?
