I am making a cad model of pitot tube but i am confused how to make it with given dimension?

I can make it with sweep function but the thickness is given in degrees thats what is confusing. Check out the image.

Sweep wouldn't be my go-to feature for the attached part, it looks more like a 'revolve' to me.

But anyway, the 10 degree callout is not the thickness, rather, it is a conical taper at that end of the part. The drawing is incomplete and does not show the thickness, or the depth of the taper.

To make a CAD model of a workable pitot tube the first thing you require is to know what it is to be used for, air flow measurement in ducts ?, airspeed indicator for aircraft ?. My experience with pitot tubes has been in the measurement of airflow in ducts. As with many tools and equipment used by engineers, this type of equipment is defined by standards. I have just reached into my engineering reference library, and pulled out two books, that define standard pitot tubes. The first book, Fan Engineering, by the Buffalo Forge company defines the pitot tube that follows standard American practice adopted by A.M.C.A. A.S.H.R.A.E. and A.S.M.E. The second book, Woods Practical Guide to Fan Engineering, defines standards for pitot tubes as used in Europe, Britain and other parts of the world. Both types are quite similar. These books not only define the design of a pitot tube for measuring airflow in ducts but also how to use this tool correctly to get accurate results.

I would expect aircraft pitot tubes to be designed to exacting standards also. From the images with your post, designing a pitot tube that would work well would be a difficult task, for me, with all the details and standards I have with me, to design a pitot tube suitable for measuring duct airflow a simple task.

If you wish to design your own pitot tube you need to know what it is to be used for, and any standards that apply, and some knowledge of how this instrument works. As I started my engineering career in the pre-internet days, I have built up a good library of technical books for reverence. with google and the internet this reference library is not so important. To design a suitable pitot tube you need to make an effort, you can't design something you don't understand, get on the internet and learn what you need to know. Building the model is the simple part once you know what you are modeling. Looking at pitot tube information I have sitting in front of me, the actual model could be made more than one way with all of the common tools available in the common CAD software, that's the easy part
