I can't use catia like nomally
I can't use CATIA normally my specification (F3) at the top left is always error and when I sketch anything it's always an error Like the video.
I tried to reinstall and still did not like nomally (Catia V5R20) on window 10

I didn't see anything abnormal in your short little video.
When adding dimensional constraints; pay attention to what is highlighted. I think you were trying to add a distance constraint, but since the vertical line was already selected, CATIA added an angular constraint to the horizontal line.
