I want to create a CAD model of attach picture , anyone guide me how i can create that type of cad design is there is any other software or i can create this model in Catia , Solidwork ?

This artistic, handmade piece art will require alot of work to model all the details. It's not hard - just very tedious and time-consuming. It could be done with CATIA or most other CAD systems.
Being able to copy things in a curved direction would be very helpful. CATIA does not do this.
The part is symmetrical, so you only have to model one quadrant, and then mirror the rest.
