I would like to ask question about how to edit frame title block
I don't know to use and change frame title blocks more truth is shortcut application on catia at work is F12 button but same command is different in my pc how can ı change this command if you let me learn about it I will be happy have a good day.

Not sure if I understand the question correctly....
To add or edit text in the titleblock; first use Edit > Background to switch to the background view where the titleblock and revision block is located. Use Edit > Working View to get out of the background.
Many companies have a macro that automates the titleblock editing process.
