Step 1: Extrude the head of the bolt, and use the polygon function in the sketch tab (Sketch on Top Plane).
(See attached POLYGON.PNG)

Step 2: To achieve the top chamfer we will use a revolved cut feature (Sketch on Front or Right Plane)
(See attached CHAMFER.PNG)

Step 3: Extrude the body length of the bolt

Step 4: Specify the thread, search the function in the top right if you don't have it in your toolbar
(Drag and drop the feature to the toolbar if you will use it frequently)
(See attached THREAD.PNG)

I also attached a Solidworks Part File which you can refer to

To record a step-by-step 3D modeling process in SolidWorks as a video, you'll need screen recording software. Here's a general guide on how to do it using commonly used screen recording software like OBS Studio:

Download and Install Screen Recording Software: Go to the OBS Studio website (https://obsproject.com/) and download the software. Install it following the on-screen instructions.

Open OBS Studio: Once installed, open OBS Studio.

Create a New Scene: Click on the "+" icon under the "Scenes" box to create a new scene. You can name it according to your project.

Add a Screen Capture Source: In the "Sources" box, click on the "+" icon and choose "Display Capture." Name it accordingly.

Adjust Capture Settings: A window will pop up asking you to select the display you want to capture. Choose the one where you'll be working on SolidWorks and click "OK."

Set up Recording Options: Click on "Settings" and then "Output." Choose your desired recording format (e.g., MP4) and quality settings.

Adjust Video Settings: Go to "Video" settings under "Settings" and adjust the base (canvas) resolution and output (scaled) resolution according to your preferences.

Start Recording: Once you've configured your settings, click on the "Start Recording" button. OBS Studio will start capturing everything on your screen, including your SolidWorks modeling process.

Record Your Modeling Process: Open SolidWorks and start your modeling process. Ensure that OBS Studio is capturing the screen as you work.

Stop Recording: After you've completed your modeling process, go back to OBS Studio and click on the "Stop Recording" button.

Save the Recording: OBS Studio will prompt you to save your recording. Choose a location and file name for your video, and click "Save."

Review and Edit: Once saved, you can review your recording and edit it using video editing software if necessary.
