im looking for a dual xy crosslide for an important project

The XY slides is operated manually via two small fixed location knobs.

The mechanism of this XY slide need to operate like this youtube video: http://youtu.be/c49hIov2C2I

The vertical and horizontal travel will be <=100mm.
The vertical axis when changed will change the horizontal axis location and vice versa. See
