Like what is the amount paid, and how many times can i take the test, and what will be the pattern and the type of questions etc.

The price of the testing varies in different regions around the world. Check with you VAR for your region. SolidWorks often offers one free test for every seat of SolidWorks that is purchased. Anybody attending SolidWorks World in February can also write the CSWA or CSWP exams for free.
