Instance Number Balloon

hi,

I want to create a manual asignation of balloons in Catia. I have a top assembly with parts and one assembly. I can not keep the number balloon of the parts of low assembly in the Top assembly.

If I use automatic generated numberig, catia create a Instance number parameter, but this parameter can not be modified. how I can create a personal balloon to solve this problem?

Use the generate numbering from assembly design. (you can start from 1 or from any number you wish)
Parts will be numbered in the order of the tree. Reorder the tree (also from assembly design) to have the order you wish for.

Also check carefully the properties of each component. From there you can check or uncheck "visualize in bill of materials".
