Is there an obvious reason I'm unable to connect to my printers over company VPN?

While working in GrabCAD Print I'm unable to connect to either of my printers (sst1200es, F370) when remote accessing my company network over our VPN. While on site over the wifi network or connected to the LAN there is no problem accessing them. The failure mode just reports the printers as "disconnected" in the print tab and the schedule tab. The history tab shows no printers listed in the drop-down menu.

VPN is on a different network or using a different DNS setting than than when on a local network. if you could send ip addresses in both situations I can help you debug it.
