If you don't mind going to standard parts, you can download 2D prints (*.dwgs) from McMaster Cam. There are no nuts that are 3 mm thick, but there are 2.5, 2.0 and 1.6 mm thick. This might help with purchasing in the future as 3mm might not be standard and cost more.
