Is there away to change the scale of all dimensions of a solidworks model all at once.
I'm using a pre-made part but need to change it to the dimensions I need to 3D print, and I don't want to spend hours doing it.

There is a scale feature that scales the entire part.
Scaling all dimensions may be possible with a macro, but it is not a standard function of SOLIDWORKS.
Just adding a bit to already good answer from @FredSWUG.
If you are using a third-party or proprietary software for slicing the model (converting to G-code format) then most of them also provide an option for Scale which your can set accordingly.
