What is the best material to use in order to make car bodies appear ِshiny?

Agreed, shiny gloss paint.... and an environment with sharp contrasting (try black and white) for the surface to reflect. You're rendering what the surface reflects as much as the surface itself.
Paint. Some of the advanced paint materials will allow for setting a depth of clear coat as well as other variables.
Depending on the release year of Keyshot you are using, there should be at least one entry in the material library for paint. Other paints can be downloaded from their material library/cloud as well.
Shiny = glossy paint, so don't use a flat or matte material.

Environment also important here. Apply various environment and adjust the environment element for best appearance.
