Living hinge design and testing?

I am working on a project for a client which is a part that will manufactured using injection molding. It has a living hinge which should allow the part to fold in half. I am not too familiar with living hinge design and wanted to find a way to test the hinge to make sure the parts meet correctly when folded. The thin part of the hinge is too thin to 3D print with flexible materials to simulate this hinge (0.01 in or .025mm). Any help on a solution to verify my hinge design would be greatly appreciated.
